Medicare Card Holders
If your appointment has an out-of-pocket cost, payment is required at the end of your visit. Bulk-billed appointments are free of charge, as we bill Medicare directly. Once payment is received, we’ll submit your Medicare claim immediately. Your rebate will usually be deposited into your nominated bank account within 1–2 business days. If Medicare rejects your card or claim, private patient fees will apply. You can find these in the table below.
